ボランティア活動、地域活動などで、自分がやりがいを持って、頑張っている時はいいのですが、いろんな事情でできなくなる時があります。なかなか面倒な仕事を引き継ぐ人がいないのが現状です。その対応を生成ＡＩに尋ねたのですが、いいアドバイスがありました。スタッフや関係者の会議を開催して後継者を探したという事実は残すこと、人に引き継くという前提から仕組みを引き継ぐという発想に変えて、最低限の資料は整理して残す、継続か休止か他地区に回すか、組織としての合意をする。いろんな場面で活かせる内容ではないでしょうか？
